Return Policy
If Cajun Canine Couture fails to meet your expectations, you may return or exchange certain items within 10 days of receipt. Items returned after this period will not be refunded. Refunds will be issued less any S & H charges (S&H is not refundable). Return shipping is the responsibility of the consumer. Also, any additional fees incurred thru paypal will be the responsibility of the consumer. Any item returned or exchanged must be in it's original and unused condition, without exception.
Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange: All harness and collar sets are nonrefundable. These sets are made on a custom made basis based on measurements and breed specifications provided during the order process, at which time certain hardware is used based on these specifications. Also, all leads are made at a requested length at order time.
